There's also a miniature train and kiddie rides, an all-abilities playground, a splash park, and a walking track and trail.Cedarock ParkA 500-acre county park on a historic farm, with hiking trails, a waterfall over an old mill dam, two disc golf courses, a fishing pond, a playground, a restored 1800s farmstead, and plenty of open field. Easy to spend a whole day.Saxapahaw Island ParkA county park on an island in the Haw River, right in Saxapahaw, with a trail along the water and a playground. Pair it with the Haw River Trail and a stop at the shops and restaurants of the Saxapahaw Rivermill.
