Cedarock ParkA 500-acre county park on a historic farm, with hiking trails, a waterfall over an old mill dam, two disc golf courses, a fishing pond, a playground, a restored 1800s farmstead, and plenty of open field. Easy to spend a whole day.Great Bend Park at GlencoeOver a mile of riverfront and wooded trail on the Haw, with a bridge over the old mill race to an overlook of the Glencoe Mill Dam. A short walk away is Glencoe Mill Village, one of the best-preserved mill villages in North Carolina.
